In cooperation with the University Louisville School of Dentistry and Henderson Community College's Dental Hygienist and Dental Assisting program, West AHEC offers a children's free dental clinic for children under 18 within our 14 county service area. Children participating in the clinic receive complete dental examinations including x-rays, dental cleanings, fluoride treatment, sealants, oral health instruction and restorative work as needed. Care is provided by dental students working under the supervision of a licensed dentist. Spring 2010 dates are TBA.
