Meet Our Staff

Kelcey RutledgeKelcey Rutledge, Project Director, has ten years experience working with KDRP. His current responsibilities include oversight of KDRP activities and managing the Medication Assist program. His previous experience in healthcare included health benefits analysis and processing, community development, and management. Kelcey holds a BA degree from Clark Atlanta University, and a MBA from Western Kentucky University.

Susan ReidSusan Reid, Project Coordinator, has eight years experience working with KDRP, and more than fifteen years experience as a graphic designer. Her current responsibilities include coordinating health promotion events (2-Hr Tours, and trainings); recording, tracking, and monitoring data submitted by 60 schools and four Project Specialists; database management; producing layouts for newsletters, brochures, and training materials; and providing technical support to staff, community agencies, and schools. Susan holds a BA from Western Kentucky University and will complete a M.Ed in Human Development and Counseling from Lindsey Wilson College in December 2011.

Lisa GalushaLisa Galusha, Delta Project Specialist, began working with KDRP in April, 2011. She has twenty years of management experience in customer service, training, and quality control. Lisa is a graduate of Murray State University with a BS in Business Administration.

Pat HammackPat Hammack, Delta Project Specialist, has nine years experience working with KDRP and more than 20 years experience in healthcare. Previous employment has included office manager for a pulmonary care clinic; support staff for a hospital EKG interpretation group; medical assistant for an ENT and a urology group. Pat also has years of experience in community development as a volunteer, e.g., Agency for Substance Abuse Policy in Webster County, Drug Court Steering Committee member in Webster County, and Rural Scholar Advisory Board.

Darrin PettitDarrin Pettit, Delta Project Specialist, began working with KDRP in July, 2011. He has five years of experience in customer service along with extended community service in youth activities. He is a graduate of Morehead State University with a BS in Business Administration.

Pam SloanPam Sloan, Delta Project Specialist, has three year of experience working with KDRP and more than 20 years experience in human resources, sales and marketing, non-profit fundraising, and retail management. She serves as Vice-Chair on Ballard County’s Community Emergency Response Team and is a member of the Policy Board for the Carlisle and Ballard County Agency for Substance Abuse. Pam also serves as a Red Cross Disaster Assessment Team member. She holds a BA in Social Work from Mid-Continent University.
