Meeting the Needs of All Women
Beyond the needs you have during childbearing years, the Center for Women's Health offers services to protect your health at any age, and any stage, of life.
Spa Services
Maybe you need pampering. Perhaps you want to relax, or simply look and feel better. Massage therapy can help you relax, ease chronic headaches, stress, fibromyalgia, arthritis and back pain. Other spa services include botox injections, laser hair removal, and spider vein treatment.
Breast Center and Imaging Services
It is important to have mammograms as recommended by your care provider. For your convenience, the Breast Center provides mammograms, breast ultrasound and other procedures such as needle localization prior to surgical biopsy. Here you'll find the latest technology working on your behalf. The R2 Image Checker can identify up to 20.5% of all breast cancers one year before they are detected on mammography.
Other Imaging Services
Our technology includes bone densitometry, which can determine the presence of - or your risk for - osteoporosis. It also provides one of the most accurate ways to calculate body fat.
Incontinence Therapy
We offer you a revolutionary, non-surgical treatment for incontinence using an advanced pelvic floor therapy system. This painless procedure typically requires little more than sitting in a special chair equipped with electronics to stimulate muscle toning and strengthening.
Our resource center and helpful staff will ensure that you get the information you need.
Women's Health Resource Center
Whether you have questions about menopause, incontinence, breast health, cancer or other medical issues, our Resource Center is your source for answers. Our knowledgeable staff can tell you what you and your family want to know. They will also help you use our ample resources, including print publications, videos, CD-ROMs, and Internet access, to gain a better understanding of issues related to your health.
Health Risk Assessment
We offer assessments that can help you determine the potential impact to your health based on factors such as cholesterol, stress, cancer, fitness, heart health, osteoporosis and nutrition. Knowing your risk factors can help you and your care provider take steps to reduce risks and improve your health.
